Allotment self-management Options

I hear on the grape-vine that the Town Council have sent round a leaflet and questionnaire about self-management to (all but one of) their allotmenteers. Didn't someone who used to post on this forum once propose allotment self-management? I wonder if they talked to him about what it involves? If anyone can get hold of a copy of the leaflet and questionnaire it would be interesting if you could post it. I wonder if the questionnaire is anonymous; strikes me you'd have to be a brave woman to tell the council you actually wanted self-management.
