Congratulations to Thames Valley Police for spending more than any other force on propaganda.
I was wondering how they would top the lavish refurbishment of Newbury's police cells, covering up the murder of David Kelly or the Chief Constable getting us to pay for her party dresses, but I knew they wouldn't let me down. -------------------- Newbury's #1 ill-informed internet poster
