If drivers can't see the multiple lights, signs and warnings regarding the bollards how can we be sure they will see barriers? It could result in smashed car roof and windscreens instead

Maybe read the story and get the facts first! It says that the bollards have not been working properly and in some instances have been operated manually. On one occasion they had been returned to their up position, manually, whilst a vehicle was going through. |
