If the rest of us overstay the 2 hour limit at Tesco's you can expect a PCN charge to be issued.
Presumably they won't be ticketing the travelling communities 4 wheel drives, as impossible to
enforce with home address being questionable.
I hope Tesco have increased surveillance because of this section of the "Community's" known
disregard for law rest of us conform to.
