Not that I blame the Council necessary, but this issue is an example of why one shouldn't take decisions by a council lying down (if one cares about a service). Even the well educated elite can get t wrong.

In fairness I've never taken the decision of my local government lying down, because not only can the well-educated get it wrong in good faith, but local government can also at times be arrogant and vindictive, and lie through their teeth.

Oh no does this mean that Petra and User could possibly be incorrect that the plebs should not get involved with council business and it should only be left to the highly paid proffessionals ohmy.gif

Yet another gaff by our highly paid professionals? Or is it another of those just another human error by a lowly paid minion that usely are one of the ones that get booted out when jobs need cutting? rolleyes.gif
