The poor Newbury Labourites are taking a bit of a hammering in this thread so for a bit of balance I though we could have a look at the LibDem's on-line presence. They have a forum which they say is open to all so as I have rather a lot of questions about their running of the town council I thought I'd take them up on the offer and register.

QUOTE (HJD @ Nov 1 2010, 07:43 PM) Oh for f**** sake is it just me or is anyone else getting sick & tired of all these Party Political Threads . Admin, can you set up a seperate site for Mr. Kirby / Garvie etc. so the rest of us can get back to discussing other less mind numbing things . You could always just ignore it? I do if I am not interested in something. It is not as if the forum has so many new threads that non political threads are ignored.

There are a load of pages on here, and of course you can create your own thread. It is the differences that go to make a good forum. Just ignore what you don't like.

QUOTE (user23 @ Nov 1 2010, 08:37 PM) I was just thinking there hasn't be a bollard thread for ages, is this because no one's ram-raided them for a while? I'll get my skates....

QUOTE (Iommi @ Nov 1 2010, 10:17 PM) I've heard an impalement, but I've never seen one. You've got good hearing, unless you were there when it was impaled.
