Does it get fixed on weekends? I need to comment on an application and the deadline is looming, but it doesn't work.

The link doesn't work to view or comment. Is management of the website outsourced?

I was looking at a planning application earlier on and it worked for me. Took me straight through to the Hummingbird site which displays plans and application communication.

Yes, it's fixed now, but it wasn't working for at least 48 hours. Can you imagine any commercial organisation allowing such a thing?
