Having left Newbury town 30 years ago, because I though it was a dump, I was not suprised to see that it bred super rats. But I was suprised to find that information in my local newspaper here in South Australia. Good news always does travel fast.
So with all the current bickering going on about Park Way, the state of the roads (should have tried the Andover road in the early 1970's), the traffic delays, Boy racers (we rode motorbikes back then), gang fights between Newbury and Hungerford (there where some fair punch ups between the skinheads and motor bike people back then), lack of teenager entertainment, and quaility shops in general, nothing has changed, hence the rats? |

If your scared of rats, pop to Tot Hill services... loads there, i even thought i saw Roland the Rat. But where you are i doubt you will be able to visit any time soon. I have to say, the only place i have seen rats are at Tot Hill and where the new Library is. Not new anymore is it

I take my dog for a walk twice a day and I often see rats running around the neighbourhood. I also know a how that is invested with mice, rats etc.
