OK Blackdog, I'd go with that. In other words, you are essentially saying that any additional work associated with the Christmas market can be absorbed into NTC administration 'business as usual' activity. Sounds good.





....ah, but if I put my cynic's hat on, particularly a blue Tory one, I'd be fretting about how the admin. staff can really do this. As we've been told NTC run a very tight operation; what 'business as usual' tasks will need to be left? Or is the answer that administering a market needs very little admin. support at all; so calling into question the business as usual claimed allocations.
