Now whatever time of day or night you go around Newbury there are people , so it's safe to assume there were plenty of pedestrians/ drivers about during this incident . Now a single individual may well come off second best but 3 or 4 adults intervening would have had the desired result.
The perpetrator is somehow secondary to my rant as he is just a moronic individual who one day will pick on someone that he undoubtedly regrets but those who can walk idly by is total beyond my comprehension .
