The Newbury Today Forums are a free service provided by Newbury Weekly News (Printers)Ltd. By registering to use the site and/or using the site to read or post messages you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. You must be over 18 to register for the Forums and to use the site.

Any user who feels that a posted message breaches these terms and conditions is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

(f) you understand and agree that any breach of these warranties may cause us damage and loss and you agree to indemnify us and keep us at all times fully indemnified from and against all claims costs loss or damage incurred by us directly or indirectly as a result of any material posted by you on the site or any use by you of the site.
