Odds on favorite is that neither of them is sufficiently barking to actually start a war , ( em , was Blair and Bush ever considered mad ? ) . Maybe it is the sane ones we should fear most . Anyway both have a multitude of advisers to explain the principle of 2+2 equalling 4 , indeed if they are not up to the task they are either fired or shot depending on their respective boss .
The one that concerns me is Putin . Here is self made thug who dreams of being a global megalomaniac and would not hesitate in furthering his cause if a weakness appears in the "West's" guard .
On a positive note at least it may liven this forum up a bit . wink.gif

I think a war is inebitible. They both cant back down now. They would lose tooo much face. I just hope it is a limited exchange. As for this forum .It was killed by the shouts of the libtards such as newres. No point in exchanging views with people who are such dotards.😂

Excellent results from Germany today. Liberals got a (slightly) bloody nose.

Amazed by what one can squander their hard earned money gambling on the outcome of . Nuclear annihilation ? " Yes sir , that will be £100 @ 50:1 that nobody survives " ................ " Good luck ". smile.gif

On the debating question with regards to this and other forums it is a shame that individuals are held up to ridicule instead of thrashing the subject out in the time honoured manner . Still when the president of the most powerful Country , ( allegedly ) , on the planet uses monosyllabic gibberish , one can sympathise with those who choose to emulate .

I think you're a bit slow. It's dead at the moment because you've no one to argue with as I'm not posting (much) and neither is Simon Kirby. If what you say is true, in our absence it should be thriving.

And I can seldom be bothered.

Speaking as someone who can just f**k off and live elsewhere im almost hoping for a Corbyn government. 2 years should be enough to put the next generation off for life. Its almost like a right of passage. The light bulb moment....😂

Apparently some nice properties to be had the other side of the river ( Styx ) . Ferry runs twice a week and no problem with the central heating . wink.gif
It has long been my theory that , with the odd exception , political parties lose elections as opposed to winning them . The present incumbents are less use than the proverbial headless chuck which ,if nothing else ,can at least be eaten. Little doubt Labour will be in power within the next 5 years and the whole cycle of despair starts again .
Must go , the estate agent is at the door . rolleyes.gif

If lots of older people do sell up and go it will mean more homes for us who stay; we just want one.
