Has anyone tried to register on the other forum. It is impossible now without an email to admin which goes unanswered. I guess the owner doesn't have time to run it properly any more. Shame because at one time it was a very good and very busy forum.

I was registered on there ages ago, but if I try and log in now it says Username Invalid. You're right though, it was an excellent forum, and was actually moderated. Something which is missed here. |

Admin does come on every so often as I see them in the "active users" tab and looking through threads. I don't feel we need any admin "babying". -------------------- :p

I think we've all been frustrated and annoyed at times by other people's comments, but isn't that normal? It doesn't take such a thick skin to survive here does it? Well I know of two other Newbury based/related forums, one of which like you say is having alledged problems with "spammers" registering and another new local community forums launched over Christmas.
