That's funny you should mention this... i remember seeing around Newbury, the van that takes all the photos. Anyone see this van? It seemed to have lots of cameras or other technical things on each corner and something on its roof.

Interesting..... check out the Sainsburys roundabout on the A339 southbound (just past the Mill Lane turning)...
Red 4x4... Zoom in.... Check out the driver........ Phone pressed against ear, left hand almost becoming double jointed as he drives round the bend but keeps on usin his phone......... Quite a clear shot... Sadly the registrations are blurred out, but anyone recognise him? (I do! Sure he lives near me.... Hmmm... wonder if the police are tempted to use this info....)
