Love it! Ironically only started going when the kids had grown up. Had often watched from afar - but can't beat the whole thing. Particularly as the other half agreed to drive. A very nice evening all told - yes even us old wrinklies had a good time.

I didn't properly see as I sorted of yelled at them from 10 ft away in the dark, looked to be in a gaggle of 3 or so, they had jackets and what not, think they had caps/beanies as well.

Did you yell at them as well? laugh.gif

No, I was just a little worried that it might have been my son as he had one of those flashing-light sword things and was play fighting whenever he could.

We were however joined by the family from **** (adult male, adult female and 2 young children) at the fence where we had stood staunchly defending our fantastic position. We ended up having to move away because of the yobbish parenting skills of the adults in said "family from ****" and their yobbish children! angry.gif

Just use 'Family From Thatcham' in future.... Some would have you believe it has the same meaning as 'Family From He*l'

Or Turnpike (Clay Hill just doesn't have the same ring to it), or Greenham, or Bishops Green, or East Fields, in fact, anywhere other than roads that lead off of Andover Road.
