Top tip: use Tesco mobile, they have a capping service in operation now (not in several months time).

Top Tip – If your errant teenage offspring have gone mad overnight and have been downloading all sorts of rubbish on their phones and clocking up extortionate fees, get them to report the phone 'stolen' quickly otherwise you'll end up picking up the bill like Mr Bunting has.

Not much of a tip if you don't know it's happening, and that's is the issue.

Is it possible to download that much over a couple of days and if someone had stolen your phone, what would they do with what they had downloaded.

I think it stinks that Vodafone don't have measures to protect their customers, but other places like BT are little or no better.

The person falsely reporting a phone as stolen in order to avoid the bill run up by his/her errant teenager.
