That it's finally good to have some bleedin' nice weather. It's T-shirt and jeans weather (since wearing shorts as a man is generally not acceptable unless you're a surf-boarder. No-one wants to see your hairy legs).
It reminds me of my years back when I would spend each weekend down towards the sea-side. Many merry fellows and jovial times ensued and it's good for us because we only have the Germans to thank, along with the Russians because although they were enemies at times in the past we are all now very good friends.
Although I wish it will rain, I feel we will have our period of extended rainfall sometime soon, I do not want a hose pipe ban because I need the jetwash to clean my car, and also blast away the scent of oppression from my street. Although I doubt that will stop the countless number of smashed glass bottles which are present around where I park my car, mainly the youths of today are to blame.
Anyway many jovial returns to everyone.

For once I was not the victim of a violent attack. I park in a residential car park which is adjacent to a big field/housing estate where some of the ruffians live. Generally at weekends people make a mess without due car nor attention. I would imagine there needs to be some sort of bin. Not everyone but some obviously let the side down. And there is a scattering of broken bottle glass throughout the car park. Every so often I grab my long, hard wood, and stroke it swiftly until I am sweating. This is normally enough to remove the build up of glass. Tyres are not cheap at £120 a corner.

QUOTE (Nothing Much @ Feb 24 2012, 07:29 PM) You have had a good day Xjay. 3 chuckles and a new broom. ce Seventeen new heads and fourteen new handles do not make a new broom. Trigger.

QUOTE (xjay1337 @ Feb 24 2012, 02:13 PM) Please don't feel that you have to post every day (or several times a day) on our account. A period of silence would be equally welcome.

A period of silence would be equally welcome. You have the option to skip my posts if you desire. Please don't feel the need to shut your feeeece either. I went to the sea-side today. It was most fun.

A period of silence would be equally welcome. Poor xjay must be feeling a bit confused! (<-- face of a confused and sad xjay) Here, he is being told he posts too much, yet on another current thread (Sainsbury's) people find his posts so interesting they are examining and discussing their minutiae up into the early hours. As far as I am concerned, xjay livens up this board and can post as much as he likes. Ignore or disagree with him at your pleasure!

I very much appreciate your gesture Vodabury. Although I'm in no doubt someone will come along saying I am only posting for attention. Although I am all too familiar with the "praise for one thing" one minute and shunning the next. I'm like on the see-saw of happiness on this forum.

No, I just get uppity when people are idiots (quite often like me but that's intentional) and try to argue with me about everything. "It's sunny outside" "NO IT'S NOT IT'S MODERATELY CLOUDY WITH SUNNY OUTBREAKS" oh **** off.
