Anyone tell me if you know of some nice christmas lights/displays to go see locally? I normally take my son to the houses up Bradfield but getting a bit bored of that now.

I hear Abi Titmus is turning them on in Tadley this year..that must be a glamorous task!

Yep and she's doing the lights as well.

My bulbs are fine thank you! I thought Hungerford was the best place locally for Xmas lights though? I wonder if anyone of us is going to have a neighbour who decides to use the wattage of Sizewell B to illuminate there house?

Hungerford is good, better than Newbury, but what about rows of houses that put on displays? (Like Bradfield, raising money for charity - all though I am sure they waste more money on lighting than they make money and could probably just donate that instead)

My daughter lives in Hungerford and she said they had some nice lights last year.

They are brilliant. Very simple and tastefull. A class act.
Also the Victorian evening is great. Puts a lot of bigger towns to shame.
