It's nice to know that the council don't really need the quarter of a million quid each year they can't recover from the Parkway parking 'agreement'.

No they may not but the services to the most vulnerable they are cutting could certainly make use of it though!

It's amazing, if I ran a business the same way as these people are trying to run a council I would be on the street, bankrupt, discredited and broke. Yet this bunch merely shrug their shoulders, sneer, and stumble on to the next fiasco. The level of incompetence displayed at the most basic level is staggering. Yet no one is ever held accountable. It staggers the imagination.
