"West Berkshire Council spokeswoman Peta Stoddart-Crompton said that the council was not able to discuss individual cases." The very same "Peta Stoddart-Crompton" that would not discuss the penalty charges for Parkway Bridge and fines ??? WBC should employ people who are 100% transparent if they are to gain credibility, Peta is not one of those so shame on WBC FOR frontlining such staff. SO SAD |
