Why is it that i see so many cyclists that are cycling around with cans of Special Brew and Tenants Super?

Is it not illegal to be drunk in charge of a bike or this just another law that is ignored??
It can join the list of 'joke' laws and bye laws we now have in this Country.

1. Driving whilst on a mobile phone.
2. Drinking in public in areas where you can get fined.
3. Cycling the wrong way down a high street.
4. Cycling on the pavement at speed as an adult.
5. Cycling whilst drunk.
6. Foxhunting. Honestly who Polices that?
7. Shoplifting. if perps are caught they are let straight out again.
8. Burglary. Here is your crime number and a load of leaflets. Its your fault they broke in. Your property was not secure.

Any others that people would like to add...

A cyclist can be done if he is causing a nuisance or endangering the public.

The trouble is the police don't usually bother with cyclists.

And the Justice system does not bother with Shoplifters, House breakers, perpetrators of assaults and a miriad of other nasty low life that have become a cancer in our society.

I think thats a bit of a generalisation lots of criminals do pay the price, but I do agree that those who get off shouldn't.
