I'll be going back there a lot more then! When did that happen??
I remember him being there as an old housemate of mine used to work there back in them days! Amazing burgers that have never quite been the same since Mark sold it!

That area of town is a lot tougher for custom than it was when he was last here!

Will we need an inquiry do you think? Has the planning department failed in its duty of care?
Has the burger recipe changed? Come on WBC come clean? rolleyes.gif

Burgers may not be the most healthy food known to PC World, but the ones Mark produced were far better than any of the main chain grease and cardboard offerings.
I wish him well, and plan a visit soon.

As pate meat goes, I've always thought McDonalds and Burger King to be OK. Certainly not greasy. I did like Rio's, although I was not always sure it was worth the wait sometimes.

Good luck to him, although that Alley seems to be a regular hang out for Newbury's all day drinkers and substance abusers so customers during the day may be put off visiting.

I actually witnessed a mugging there about two weeks ago. Dinner and a show for a tenner, brilliant!

Lucky you were there. Your evidence could help convict the offender.......

The old bill actually used to eat there, or at least purchase it there quite a bit back in them days.

The subsequent and shall we say dubious choice of 'chefs' since then kinda caused that to fall off!!
