Probably to early to see, but Carillion's collapse can't bode well for our cash strapped council or indeed the electrification deadlines.

Capita have one nie contract though that will keep them going. Enforcing the TV license.

Don't forget they also have four doctors to assess all the disability claimants that they are claiming to be perfectly able to work.......even those that just happen to die just after the assessment and those that have serious illnesses such as cancer etc. Even though NHS Consultants disagree with their assessments.
Of course nothing to do with they get paid very well for every person they get off benefits though is it?
