CCTV should be 2 things. 1. Concentrated in areas where crime persists. 2. Mobile. So if the problem moves elsewhere the Cameras can follow. It should not be used though as a general way of monitoring people all over the place. |

But good thought however. An exploding purple dye that bursts out when the safe door is opened would be good. Make them easily recognisable when they tried to buy their drugs or even if they could be got into a police line up.
