I begin to wonder if the council's website is deliberately designed to prevent anyone from finding anything useful.
This moring I have tried to comment on the Core Strategy consulation - I found the documentation, registered, went to the planning portal, failed to login, gave up. This took about half an hour. Is there an email address I can just send comments to? |

I thought it was just me!! Sent my response by email to jteal@westberks.gov.uk - who did accept the comments respond and said they'd look into the site problem. That was end of November.

I think our friendly neighbourhood web manager is is busy trying to fix other 'bugs' at the mo!

They have an interactive map so you can pinpoint roads needing repairs, but is incompatible with both my browsers.
You can't place the cursor over the map, so is totally useless! I use I/Explorer 9/ Chrome. |
