While I think this person at very least might have 'anger management' issues, this isn't a random attack by a psychopath with a machete: it was a firms do where someone overreacted and struck someone in the leg with a fork.

Yes, I must admit this is a bit of an over reaction, particularly when we heard just last year that a young footballer was let off with a soft sentence for a particularly nasty road rage incident.
