Shed of the Year, Allotment Roof Shed Options

Shed of the Year has been announced: it's the Allotment Roof Shed.


A Pangbourne woman did well in last year's competition, and I actually came second in the 2008 competition with my (embarrassingly modest) Pallet Shed - the competition has certainly got tougher.


I'm really pleased to see allotment sheds being recognised again this year, as for me the self-built allotment shed is the epitome of indomitable ironic English individualism sticking it to the man (which of course is why the town council have rules to prohibit such unabashed demonstrations of liberty, and in fact even without a rule managed to victimise me for flying my flag).
