What do a lot of young men do for free in the evenings that keeps them off the streets? Masturbate to porn... Whats going to happen on July 1st when unless they have a VPN they can't? They will go out.... with a lot of sexual tension and probably tooled up.. Result. Spike in Murder and Sexual offences. Not rocket science... just saying... hope I'm wrong... but I doubt it very much....
