It's not bad as local papers go. The adverts are pretty useful and really that's what it's all about for them.

If you are using internet explorer, pressing F5 did used to update the page when it seemed behind, but that was obvious by the date on the page rather than the content. Best thing to do was get rid of ie though.

If you are using any browser, F5 will refresh your page with what it has from the cache.

However Ctrl+F5 will force a redownload of the whole page.
