I see from the web that road deaths in west berkshire have increased.
I travel every day from Lambourn into Newbury on the B4000.
There have been 3 fatal accidents in the last 3 years on a stretch from Wickham Heath to the other side of Wickham. Also a number of serious Injuries accidents on this road.
All of these accidents have occured since the weight limit was put on the road.
I can see no attempt from the WBC to reduce these. Other roads have signs on saying about fatalies etc and to take care.
How many more people have to Die or be Injured before the council will act.
