WATCH OUT:

I'm sure we've all had calls purporting to be from Microsoft, AND your PC has an issue,
but had one today from Indian Sub Continent saying "This is BT Openreach".
Claimed I had a broadband issue, which I didn't.

Told him I had no broadband and he hung up.

Warn any elderly friends as they may be aware of M/Soft scams but may
believe caller if they say BT Openreach.
They don't speak to customers in normal circumstances
except if you have an OPENREACH engineer arranged via your phone/ISP provider.

Was from 00121 7067087.

I have a general rule - if you don't know the caller assume it's a scam.
