During what is becoming an increasingly rare visit to Newbury, I noticed that the excellent mural tracing the history of Newbury has been either covered over or replaced by three less-than-excellent adverts for the new cinema.
Why? And how can we get it restored? |

I wonder if it is OK under the vinyls and if it will be OK when / if they are removed? |
