There are now 7 (seven) signs up at the Bart Street Bollards.

Anyone who misses them all should have their licence taken away.

For many other infingements, probably true in the case of most drivers every day. Apply this logic and no one has a licence. Perhaps that's your idea!

Seems we haven't had a post in the forum's most popular thread for a while, so here's something that's a bit of a variation on the theme.

I was walking home from town past the Bart Street bollards at about 10:15 this morning when I saw a bus stuck there because the bollards hadn't descended for him. Behind him was another bus, and behind that, a post office van.

I don't know how it was eventually resolved smile.gif

It's not just Newbury

I noticed this morning that something had taken out a couple of the fixed bollards at the Bartholomew St/West Mills junction. No doubt when they unexpectedly sprang from their hiding place.

Have there been anymore bollard incidents lately...seems all quiet on the bollard front unless it's going unreported.

I understand, it is unlikely as the bollards don't descend or buses and taxis anymore.
