Weird, most local producers have thrived during Covid.

Maybe, but everyone started making their OWN bread, soda bread, bread bread.. couldn't get enough flour there was that much baking going on in those kitchens. Niche market for proper bread

True. But if that’s the case they’d presumably have furloughed staff, received rates grants and taken a bounce back loan? Obviously we don’t know the circumstances.
