I have some friends who are involved in kennet Radio and I seem to remember it first appearing as a topic on here when they were looking for volunteers. I couldn't find the original topic, but I was speaking about the success of the station and trying to ascertain how many people listen.
So does anyone on here tune in? Is it a truly local station? What does anyone think?

I listen to it all the time. I like the music they play, it's not the top 40 crap you hear today..

It's okay, I tend to listen to radio four and four extra a lot, some bbc2, but, for casual music listening it's ok. Some of the presenters could do with a little more charisma but that's a very minor carp.

Not too bad, it's on my favourite list on tune-in. Bit boppy but it's ok.

I like the news quiz on radio 4 and some of the other shows. I download them and play them back when I'm stocktaking.
Radio 2 kind of lost me, it never changes but I do like Sarah Cox

LBC for me these days. Nick Ferrari, Jacob Rees Mogg & Nigel Farage shows.

I do like LBC especially as it's all mostly opinion based. It is interesting to see how people go on different journeys and learn how they form their opinions.
I read james O'Briens book and he like me went from being very right wing to very left leaning.
