Someone has expressed forthright views that a trustee has not offered the help that has been stated. "I should add that the trustees have offered NO advice or support to any of the remaining residents, although they have been more than happy to try and encourage (my editing) the remaining residents into leaving ASAP!" I think the OP needs to be a little careful with his language as 'doing all we can' doesn't equal 'having the wherewithal to satisfy need'. |
