Has The Beer Seller moved, or ceased trading? My mate went there at the weekend to get a barrel, but it was 'boarded-up'. It was in Bone lane.

They merged with Waverly Wines & Spirits to form Waverly TBS. ( ie The Beer Seller ). WaverlyTBS are on Hambridge Lane, just past the old SEB yard. |

Waverley TBS more recently were taken over by someone else (Heineken?) and according to their call centre, and area rep have closed the Newbury branch.

I am guessing they haven't moved to Hambridge Lane, and as I say according their rep and call centre the Newbury branch has ceased trading. Whether they still own the building (in Bone Lane) and are using it for storage or parking I don't know.
