I live near Parkway & freeview reception has been poor for a few months when it was once perfect. Is this just local to Parkway (because of huge building site crains?) or is it general in Newbury?

My Freeview couldn't be better. I live 20 minutes from town. I've got 3Freeview boxes and they all have good pictures.

Freeview reception has always been a bit ropey round there, it's because you're in one of the lowest areas of the town.

The onset of Winter plays a part too, as it changes the atmospheric conditions to a small extent.

We struggled when we lived near Waitrose, but are now at Wash Common and have no problem at all.
