It's a while since I've been bothered to look, but I don't seem to be able to find any agendas or minutes on the Newbury Town Council web site, with nothing more recent than about a year ago. Anyone know where they are published or have they just decided to keep all that troublesome stuff private now?

Unfortunately Simon most people don't care.
They could do a hitchhikers and post a note saying the world was going to be destroyed for an inter stellar highway and I doubt anyone would notice!

In that case I hope you've got your towel handy.

Right, so they are there, mostly (last full council minutes from 11 May are missing). Is there an easy way to find the various minutes or do you just have to know the URL?

My favourite bit of gleaning: 15/03/2016, Michaels Civic Robes 1,752.00 for Two Civic Robes. All in it together.
