And, let's face it, WBC don't have a good track record in selling property - they usually give it away. Nice site for a pub, a pub that the community can use. Add a dozen flats and Bob's your uncle.
....and Parish Councils do a pretty poor job refurbishing and keeping assets in good order!
Ironically, the only people who make out of these slights of hand are the senior legal and policy clerks at WBC. Years of unproductive effort on the horizon doing simple wooden dollar asset transfers.
Isn't it about time we just let the waves wash over WBC? It provides no benefit whatsoever to the majority of the charge payers.
Dear Theresa is getting very upset about British Gas bumping up its prices; but at least its delivering something its customers actually want.
