Had this been forwarded at the end of March then a wry smile would have formed on these usually stoic lips but b****y h**l this is a supposedly responsible government laying out it's fiscal requirement for the next 12 months, (which may or may not include brexit), and they pander to the irresponsible. My marriage cost the princely sum of 7/6d plus a few sandwiches and I am sure a licence is still affordable.
