In the context of the argument, it is irrelevant.

Then why raise it? It's either pertinent or its not.

Germany's green credentials were held up as higher than others, yet they still produced cars that polluted more than was beleived, i.e. reputations are not always reliable.

I don't have a car at the moment. If I did I suspect I would get some off of eBay part worn and on rims! wink.gif

In truth I wouldn't bother unless the law changed! tongue.gif It hasn't been a problem for me up to now.

Yet again, no real understanding of what the situation actually meant. Must read the Sun a lot do you?

Dead right they're not. We used to believe that Bankers were steadfast, straightforward people once!

On the original question, does anyone work or even know of a petrol station, where you fill up, pay, but when you drive away your fuel gauge is still reading empty?

Good questions, and like this particular solution illustrates what's wrong with our local governance, ready, fire, aim. Personally, I agree with what Spartacus and you are saying; we do need rather more analysis. Again, demonstrating that we would be better off having services managed and delivered by much larger professional agencies.

Also it has to be considered that now both our local Authorities are making cuts to services staff numbering should be seriously looked at? rolleyes.gif
