Actually, seeing as most of the secondary schools are Academies, is the fault of this actually the DfE rather than West Berks LA?

What they meant to say is that David Cameron's home council is the worst [of any other council], but they forgot the definite article and what they actually said means that of all the things that David Cameron's home council is bad at, it is worst at helping poor kids. If you use words for a living you're expected to get it right. As for the question: is this about West Berks council officers or David Cameron's council's officers? I'm not going to hurt my eye's reading the Pun (and you didn't give me a link anyways) so you probably need to précis what you think they tried to say if that's relevant. -------------------- Right an injustice - give Simon Kirby his allotment back!
