Umm, the Libraries, planning meetings, now this, yet I can't recall the legal team at WBC taking a hit in the austerity cuts.

Or perhaps this is evidence they have?

I think perhaps WBC legal advice may be coming from the man down at the pub! rolleyes.gif

Quite likely!

Have a look at this http://decisionmaking.westberks.gov.uk/doc...20Education.pdf

Whilst is states new provision (called AEPS) it differs significantly from that which PRU staff have been given.

The Reintegration Service is to close and the Alternative Curriculum Service is to be re-named and expanded - this, presumably, to avoid the statutory requirement that all new schools must be free/academy.

However, ad it;s a huge however, despite staff being in place on permanent contracts at ACS, all jobs are up for grabs by staff at both services.

I wonder what WBC's budget is for meeting unfair dismissal claims from ACS staff replaced by their RS counterpart???

Ummm, perhaps WBC would actually benefit from advice given by the man in the pub. I can imagine just what he'd advise for dealing with disruptive kids; very cheap too.
