HOW £MUCH?

Appalling that the recent Bucklebury wedding that was very heavily policed by TVP,
is having its cost to taxpayer kept from taxpayer's eyes.

One of TVP's excuses was on grounds of national security apparently; that phrase
is increasingly used phrase to obfuscate the transparency that taxpayers demand.

Let's hope our PCC will challenge this as our elected Police Commissioner.

We should also know if the wealthy/ social climbing Middleton's contributed.

Two very good points! Of course, we could have had a President Major and given the World a big laugh. Or indeed President Cameron, but no, he'd have stomped off the pitch the minute someone looked at him a bit funny. So perhaps a monarchy like ours is the better option!

As for our bit; there are a good few Counties who'd appreciate the fact that the royal lineage was enhanced from their neck of the woods. Not West Berks of course, we don't do enterprise or innovation!

When did West Berks. become a county? No wonder they have ideas above their station rolleyes.gif

It is a District Council - hence WBDC - part of the Royal County of Berkshire
