 WBC Special Meeting 7pm on 31st January? |

I've just been forwarded the WBC newsletter from someone at Theale, and it seems to suggest that there is a special council meeting on the 31st January at 7pm. I thought I'd check the website as I like many people don't get sent the newsletter and guess what??? No mention of said council meeting.
Anyone know what it's about? |

Apparently a "special" meeting is just an additional council meeting, but the public can not ask questions and it will only discuss a couple of issues. The agenda will actually be published next Friday, not a week before either.

The calling notice is the problem - it should announce that the agenda will be available at least so many days before the meeting. As it is they could publish it 5 minutes before the meeting and still meet their target. |
