I've just read the GCSE results for local schools (which were very good) but was shocked to see that Trinity School had a pass rate of 44% of pupils achieving 5 or more A-C grades including English and Maths.
By my 'O' level maths calculations  , that means that 56% (er, more than half!) really could be said to have under-achieved - especially compared to other local schools such as St Barts and Park House. Why is Trinity such a poorly performing school, especially as I understood that it had funding from Vodafone (?) and a new 'super head' in Paul *****(who performed such wonders with Kennet). *  He's even had his name censored!!
