Will there be a section for discussing topics relating to areas outside Newbury, but which are still within the NWN circulation area?

They may not necessarily be rants.

Surely "Newbury News" is referring to the newspaper and therefore like the NWN, covers Newbury and surrounding area. I'm sure Mr or Mrs Admin will clarify though.

The NWN is sold in Reading and further... so does that mean we can discuss Reading on here?

Newbuy News is a catch-all phrase which is meant to cover all news and issues which directly affect this area. This section is where you might specifically respond to a story published on Newburytoday or in the Newbury Weekly News or elsewhere. Random rants is........for everything else.
