Not surprising is it really with so many pedestrian crossings & roundabouts within 1/4 mile of each other
 !!

What was surprising was that Tesco staff were unaware of the problem. Do they never leave the store?

Some people may dismiss it with a "Woooh... a whole 30 seconds.... can't wait that long, time is just SO precious for you ain't it" But actually 30 or 40 seconds of nothingness for no reason is a real drag, especially when those lights pretty much react instantly to every press of the button by someone wanting to cross... (which is every 30 seconds on a Saturday....)
As I say, may have been sorted by now. |

The retail park in Newbury must have been designed by a muppet in a suit. Why on earth was Tesco and the park across the road designed with a single entrance and exit?
The whole areas is a veritable portal to Hades at the weekends or other peak periods. I only go there off peak or by two wheels. |
