Nice page two story (if you are not a freeloader, and if you are, it is here: http://www.newburytoday.co.uk/2015/council...-homes-contract ) in the NWN reporting the bleedin' obvious. I wonder what other oversights they made in the scramble to get the project rolling.

I bet they haven't even put the pound coin in the till. If only the developer knew what they were really like, they could have used a couple of pebbles instead and saved a quid!

WBC doesn't seem to be getting a good press of late. On here and in its papers. I've just replied on the Signs thread and some are asking or saying that it was a mistake. One mistake is understandable, two is worrying and three or more is stupid incompetence. Unfortunately WBC are a law unto themselves and seem to be able to do what they want. Nobody says a good word for them, unless employees or the naive stand up and make excuses.
